SCREEN PRINTING PRICES 2010-2012
*Providing own items for screening is at our discretion. There will be a wash charge added to entire order if provided items are approved. All provided items MUST be washed w/ normal laundry detergent & dried w/ no fabric softener.
*Prep Wash charge of $0.75 per item will be charged if this is not done yourself.
-Minimum 12 piece order required
Art Charge (vectorize artwork-$65 per hour) $50-$135
Screen Setup (1st order) $22 per color
Screen Setup (all future orders) $17 per color
Screen Print (logo) 1 color $2.50 per print
2 color $3.00 per print
3 color $3.50 per print
4 color $4.50 per print
5 + colors Requires Quote
Prep Wash Charge (per item) $0.75 per garment
PMS color match (match thread or PMS/Pantone etc) $10.00 per match
Reflective Ink $.75 per garment
Glitter or Glow Ink $.50 per garment
Flash (per color) $.75 per garment
-These prices apply to cotton t-shirts, sweatshirts & tank tops.
-Dazzle, mesh (Jerseys), reversible & polyester garments, add 30% to price.
-Some garments-depending on placement will require a new screen to be made which will include all setup charges @ $22 per color + Printing the logo on the garment. Please ask when screening an odd item.
-One of these items that requires this charge is printing on the leg of Shorts. A new screen is required due to placement of logo.
-Extra charges apply for specialty items (bags etc.)
-For most dark garments there may be an underlay/flash color required.
-Time required for order completion is 10-14 business days.
-A quote can be requested for any order (quotes take up to 1 week)
